摘　　要：乳果糖是由半乳糖和果糖合成的二糖,不能被小肠黏膜双糖酶分解。这种双糖能够刺激有益菌增殖,抑制致病菌的生长,同时它还能够降低血内毒素水平、预防肿瘤等。在临床上乳果糖主要用于治疗便秘以及肝性脑病。本文主要介绍了乳果糖对辅助治疗肝硬化的作用。Lactulose is a synthetic disaccharide, which is composed of fructose and galactose. And it is not de composited by small intestinal mucosa disaccharidase. It can stimulate proliferation of beneficial bacteria and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, while reducing blood endotoxin levels, preventing the cancer and other effects. It can treatment the constipation and hepatic encephalopathy. In this thesis, adjuvant treatment on liver cirrhosis of with lactulose was introduced.
