摘 要:采用不同渗透势浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱条件,探讨干旱胁迫对花生种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白的影响。结果显示:干旱胁迫显著降低了花生种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长;PEG浓度为0~100g/L,花生种子的可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,可溶性蛋白降低,浓度超过100g/L时可溶性糖含量逐渐下降,而可溶性蛋白呈现上升趋势。In this paper, effects of drought stress on seed germination of peanut was studied, drought stress condition was simulated with Polyethylene Glycol.We explored the the effects of drought stress on germination rate, germination potential, germination index, root length, soluble sugar and soluble protein.The results showed that germination rate, germination potential, germination index and root length were decreased significantly under drought stress. When the concentration of PEG were between 0--100 g/L,the soluble sugar of peanut seed was increased gradually, soluble protein was decreased.When the concentration of PEG were between 100--300 g/L, sugar content was decreased, and soluble protein was increased.
