摘 要:面向2030,我国职业教育结构既面临着"少子化""老龄化"等外部挑战,还面临着纵向衔接乏力、横向融通不足、职前与职后不协调的内部矛盾。为了应对双重挑战,职业教育结构调整的基本方向应该是:中职与高职协调发展,办学主体更加多元化,专业结构适应经济社会的需求,最终建立现代职教体系。为此,政府应该供给的政策包括:建立国家职业资格体系,推动公办职业院校的合并、加强质量保障体系的建设、提高职业教育的财政支出。Towards 2030,the structure of Vocational Education in our country is faced with some external challenges such as the low birth rate and aging populations,the internal contradictions of vertical convergence,lack of horizontal accommodation,and non coordination of pre service and post office. In order to deal with the dual challenges,the basic direction to adjust the structure of vocational education should be: the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,diversified school bodies,professional structure to adapt to the needs of economic and social,and the eventual establishment of modern vocational education system. So the government should provide policys including: the establishment of national vocational qualification system,promoting the consolidation of public vocational schools,strengthening the quality of the construction of the system,and improving the financial expenditure of vocational education.
