摘 要:目的调查手术室护士感知的护理工作环境与工作家庭冲突状况,并分析二者的关系。方法采用护士工作环境量表和工作家庭冲突量表对200名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士感知的护士工作环境量表总均分为(3.05±0.46)分,护士工作家庭冲突总均分为(3.15±0.48)分;手术室护士感知的护理工作环境与工作家庭冲突呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重视对良好护理工作环境的创造,提高手术室护士对工作环境的认可度,从而有效缓解护士工作家庭冲突。Objective To investigate the status of nursing work environment and work - family conflict among operating room nurses,and analyze the rela- tionship between them. Methods All of 200 operating room nurses were investigated by the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and work - family conflict scale. Results The average score of the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and work - family conflict among operating room nurses were separately (3.05 ± 0.46) and (3.15 ± 0.48 ). There were negative correlations between nursing working environment and work -family conflict a- mong operating room nurses (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to developing the good working environment,lmpro- ving the recognition of working environment among operating room nurses, thus to relieve their work - family conflict.
