摘 要:目的了解某三级甲等医院新任护士长对自身能力的评价,以及对岗位培训的需求,为护士长岗位培训课程设置提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护士长核心能力自评量表、培训需求调查表,对医院履职1年内的31名护士长进行调查。结果新任护士长对核心能力的自评较高,初始学历较低、护师职称和工作年限较长的新任护士长的护理科研能力自评有统计学差异(P<0.01)。培训需求前5位培训内容为:如何面对检查与投诉、护理质量控制、突发事件的应急处理、团队文化建设和沟通技巧。不同学历、职称和工作年限的新任护士长的培训内容需求有所不同(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论新任护士长对自身核心能力有较大的自信,但仍然需要进行针对性的护理科研、护理质量控制和沟通方面的培训。Objective To explore the evaluation of core competence and job training needs among new head nurses in a 3A - level hospital, in order to provide basis for their job training curriculum. Methods An investigation was conducted among 31 head nurses who took office for 1 year with the head nurses self - assessment scale of core competence and training needs questionnaire which were self - designed questionnaires. Results The score of new head nurses" self - assessment of core competence was high. The initial low academic qualifications, the professional title and a longer years of working had statistically signifi- cant differences among new head nurses( P 〈 0.01 ). The top 5 contents of training needs were how to face the examination and complaints, nursing quality con- trol, treatment of sudden incidents, building team culture and communication skills. New head nurses with different initial education degree, professional title and the years of working had different training needs ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The new head nurses have confident in their competence, meanwhile they still need relevant training about nursing research, nursing quality control and communication skill.
