摘 要:高职院校"产教融合"有两层递进含义,第一层为制度上的合作,第二层为文化上的融合。专业文化是"产教融合"的深层次表现形式。高职院校在加强产教制度合作的同时,不可忽略专业文化的建设。专业文化建设有助于促进学生全面发展,提高人才培养质量;促进高职院校形成专业特色,提升专业软实力;形成文化资本,提升学校整体竞争力。要通过更新专业理念、引入行业文化、开设专业文化课、提升课程和教学文化内涵、精心设计专业文化实践,以"专业文化"建设为抓手,实现产教深层次融合,立德树人,培养全面发展的高技能应用型人才。higher vocational colleges' "industry-education integration" has two progressive levels, the first level is institutional cooperation, and the second level is cultural fusion. Specialty culture is deeper integration form of "industry-education integration" Higher vocational colleges strengthens the industry-education institutional cooperation, cannot ignore the building of specialty culture. Specialty culture building can promote students' all-round development, improve the quality of talents, promote the formation of specialty feature and specialty soft power, form cultural capital and improve overall competitiveness. By updating the specialty idea, introducing industry culture, setting up specialty culture courses, upgrading courses and teaching culture, designing specialty cultural practice, seeing building-up "specialty culture" as the starting point, then higher vocational colleges can achieve deep "industry-education integration" , takes high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education. That can foster all-round developed practical technicians.
