汉语言文学专业现代职业教育转型策略探究——以黑龙江财经学院为例

摘　　要：汉语言文学专业,长于对学生专业素质的培养却短于对其职业能力的打造,缺乏明确的职业针对性和就业指向。随着市场对人才需求的改变以及教育体制的改革,尤其是国务院于2014年做出的加快发展"现代职业教育"的决定,本科高校汉语言文学专业面临着前所未有的挑战。文章将从教育理念的转变、专业人才职业能力的培养、人才培养模式的创新及"双师型"教师队伍的建设等四个方面,结合地方民办类本科财经院校黑龙江财经学院发展的实际情况,探析汉语言文学专业如何实现现代职业教育转型。The major of Chinese language and literature is capable of fostering students＂ specialized skills but faulted for its failure to cultivate their vocational competence, and for lacking specific vocational direction and employment guidance. With changes of the market of the professionals and reform of higher educational systems, especially the enactment of ＂modern vocational education＂ proposed by the State Council in May, 2014, the major of Chinese language and literature has encountered unprecedented challenges. Taking HUFE-one of the local private colleges of finance and economics as an example, this essay discusses how the major of Chinese language and literature can go through the transition. It will cover the following four points： changing of educational philosophy, cultivation of the vocational competence of the professionals, innovation of professional training mode and the development of ＂double- type＂ teaching staff.
