内科住院医师规范化培训中的几点思考

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生成长为合格临床医师的必经阶段,内科的培训更是关键,如何提高教师的教学水平,如何加强住院医师内科基础知识和基本技能的训练,进而培养其临床思维能力等问题,都值得思考,有待解决。现从临床教学角度,探讨内科住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题及解决的方法。The standardized resident training is acknowledged as the most important way for medical students to be qualified physicians in the future, and it is a key part on standardized resident training of internal medicine.These need to pay attention to the matters, including the teaching ability of teacher, also on how to guide the residents＇basic knowledge and skill training, how to improve the residents＇clinical thinking ability. This article explained the educational difficulties for the residents of internal medicine and find effective ways resolve the difficulties in standardized resident training of internal medicine in the process of clinical teaching.
