摘 要:教育精准扶贫是我国扶贫开发总体战略的重要组成部分,是阻断贫困代际传递的关键举措。而目前教育精准扶贫在思维理念、制度建设、扶贫方式以及社会力量参与等方面存在诸多矛盾和问题。为此,亟需转变教育扶贫思维,以新发展理念引领教育精准扶贫实践;加强顶层设计,构建和完善教育精准扶贫法律制度体系;提升关键环节成效,建构精准化的教育精准扶贫治理机制;发挥政府"元治理"的核心主体作用,构筑多元协同参与的教育精准扶贫格局,从而突破教育精准扶贫中的困境,从根本上保障教育精准扶贫战略的顺利推进。Targeted poverty alleviation of education is an important part of the overall strategy of China's poverty alleviation and development, and is the key measure to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty. However, there have many contradictions and problems in thinking, system construction, and the means of poverty alleviation, and social forces to participate in anti-poverty in the current targeted poverty alleviation of education. Therefore, there is absolutely a need for changing the thinking of education poverty alleviation, strengthening the top-level design, promoting the effects of key links, exerting the "meta-goveruance" role of the government, so as to break through the dilemma of targeted poverty alleviation of education, and fundamentally guarantee targeted poverty alleviation of education strategy smoothly.
