摘　　要：通过采用北京大学陈向明教授提倡的质性研究方法,对已经离岗的基层女青年教师王小红进行深入访谈和观察,从基层学校领导管理、学生和学生家长素质以及办公条件等角度诠释了其离开基层教师岗位的原因。This study was written by using the methods of qualitative research which was put forward by the Chen Xiaoming professor from Peking University. The writer deeply interviewed and observed the young woman teacher （Wang Xiaohong） who ever worked in the rural areas, and interpret the possible reasons of her leaving the primary teacher＇s position from the point of view of basic school management, quality of the students, parents and working conditions and so on.
