摘　　要：通过对台湾地区长庚纪念医院实施PF医师费制度的历史演进分析,展示了不同阶段下PF医师费实施的重点和发展方向,并深入分析了这种演变存在的原因和整个体系的主要内容,期望对目前的医疗卫生体系改革,特别是公立医院改革中完善医师薪酬分配制度、凝聚医师人才、提高医院核心竞争力提供借鉴。The historical of physician fee （PF in brief） system in Taiwan Changgung Memorial Hospital is analyzed in detail. In different period, the emphases of PF are different. The reasons and main contents are also deeply analyzed. It might be very beneficial to the mainland medical reform, especially to the physician compensation system reform in public hospitals so as to motivate physician talents and improve the hospital competency.
