摘  要:雾霾天气的出现为人们的健康和学校体育教学带来了很大的影响。在当前雾霾等极端环境条件下,引导高职院校大学生提高自身体质,增强其健康保健认识,成为摆在体育工作者面前一项急切而又意义深远的任务。本文结合文献研读、学生调研和体育课程教学特点,对雾霾等极端天气条件下的体育教学模式的发展方向进行了分析。提出了融合微视频课堂、"刚""柔"并济开放式引导教学等思路,对课程的可行性及一些注意事项进行了分析和阐释,为当前雾霾天气下的体育教学创新发展提供了参考。The occurrence of smog weather has been highly affecting the physical health and physical educa- tion. It is an urgent and significant task for physical educators to explore new modes, methods for physical education and to lead the students to enhance their physical states as well as to cultivate them is of great significance. Several available modes for physical education under smog weather are summarized and ana- lyzed in this article through comhining the literature learning, the mission of high education and the fea- tures of physical courses. Based on the features of specific vocational colleges, new directions of the physi- cal education including micro-class integration, "power" and "flexible" physical courses co-setting are pro- posed. Meanwhile, some requirements for the operation of such classes are analyzed and specifically inter- preted following the proposition. Such directions would hopefully provide several new ideas for the devel- opment of physical education under the smog weather condition.
