空乘礼仪训练教学策略与模式研究

摘　　要：随着空乘专业的迅速发展,对乘务人员的素质提出了更高的要求:良好的心理素质、健康的身体、良好的表达能力和广博的知识体系等,但其中最为重要的就是优雅的言谈举止和良好的外在形象。因此,以空乘专业《礼仪训练》专业基础课为例,阐述空乘礼仪训练的教学内容与环节,通过该课程的学习,培养高素质的服务人才。With the rapid development of air flight professional, it is clear that there is a higher de- mand for talents. Similarly, there is also a higher requirement on the quality of cabin crew. It is impor- tant that cabin crew should possess good psychological quality, healthy body, and extensive knowledge system. On the other hand, the most important quality is that they should have the elegant manners and good external image. Therefore, it is necessary to make the ＂etiquette training＂ as a professional basic course. This paper tries to elaborate teaching content and combine flight attendant etiquette train- ing with cultivating highly qualified service talents on the basis of etiquette training.
