教育实习课程传统实施范式的问题与应对

摘　　要：教育实习是职前教师教育最重要的一门实践性课程,然而,当前教育实习课程的实施却陷入日趋被动及低效的现实困境之中。在实习过程中建立"实践共同体"模式,并引入"反思"理念,用课题引导与渗透的方式代替传统的师徒传承及任务监督的实习操作模式,可以充分调动实习各方的积极性,综合、有效地解决实习课程实施中遇到的各种问题,实现《教师教育课程标准》提出的"发展教师的实践能力和实践反思能力,帮助学生建构实践性知识"的目标与要求。Educational practice is the most important fulfillment course in Pre-service teacher education. But, It is passive and inefficient at present. We should establish Communities of Practice, and introduce the idea of reflection, and use the mode of guiding by Subject to replace the conventional mode. After that, we can mobilize sufficiently the positivity of all participants and effectively resolve various problems in educational practice, realize the goal and requirements of the course at last.
