摘 要:本文利用东南大学自主研发的LED热学特性实验仪,通过脉冲电流法对常见的大功率白光LED灯珠的结温和器件表面温度进行了测量,深入研究了LED灯在升温和降温过程中温度的变化规律,并给出了结温和表面温度的定量关系。一方面,该工作对工程技术领域中的相关研究有一定的实际意义;另一方面,该课题实验内容能帮助学生理解与PN结和LED相关的物理概念和基本原理,使他们体会到物理与现代工程技术的密切联系,从而激发学生对实验物理的兴趣。In this paper, based on the experimental instrument of LED thermal characteristics developed independently by the southeast university, both the junction temperature and surface temperature of the common high-power white LED lamp beads were measured by the pulse current method to determine the quantitative relationship between the junction and surface temperature. This is accomplished by measuring the repeated heating and cooling process as the thermal change is measured over several thermal cycles. On the one hand, this work has certain practical significance to the related research in engineering technology field. On the other hand, the experimental content can help students to understand the physical concepts and basic principles relevant to PN junction and LED, and help them to feel the close relation-ship between physics and modern practical engineering technology, which stimulates students' interest in experimental physics.
