摘  要:高职院校教师的质量高低将直接影响人才培养的质量,因此,提高高职院校教师的素质和教学水平,加强教师自身专业发展就显得尤为重要。本文通过对高职院校教师专业发展内涵的认识,分析了当前高职院校教师专业发展现状及形成原因,并针对职前教育不完善、准入机制欠合理、职后培训不到位、发展制度不健全等相关问题提出了促进高职院校教师专业发展的若干对策。The quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the quality of personnel training. Therefore, it is very important to improve the quality and teaching level of teachers in vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation and the causes of the professional development of vocational teachers, through the understanding of the meaning of the professional development. And this paper points out the following problems: the preservice education is not perfect, the access mechanism is not readonable, the post-training is not in place, and the development system is not perfect. Finally, itputs forward some suggestions on promoting the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
