摘 要:创新能力表征工程博士竞争力。传统创新能力培养有知识逻辑取向、工程实践取向两种形式。基于"双元经验"的工程博士创新能力培养是一条崭新路径。"双元经验"由初级经验和高级经验构成,两者的分离和转化构建了创新能力生成平台,以此平台为基础,构建创新能力生成过程模型,包括过滤、认知、产生、认知、产生五个阶段。能够顺利经历五个阶段的人,最有创造性。最后,从课程设置、经验教学、实践训练、导师指导四个方面,为工程博士创新能力培养措施提供建议。Innovative ability indicates the competitiveness of? doctor of engineering. There are two forms of traditional innovative ability training, knowledge logic orientation and engineering practice orienta- tion. It is brand new to train the innovative ability of doctor of engineering based on dual experience which is consisted by primary and advanced experience, the separation and transformation of which would lead to a platform for innovative ability generation. Based on the platform, the model of genera- tion process of innovative ability can be produced, including five stages which are filtration, cognition, generation, cognition, and generation. Ones who can get through all stages would be recognized as the most creative. Lastly we provide suggestions for innovative ability training of doctor of engineer- ing from four aspects, course setting, experienced teaching, practical training and mentor direction.
