摘  要:教师专业发展的生态平衡理论是探讨教师与其周边的生态环境、制度、政策和生态圈之间相互适应和相互协调的关系,并为促进教师个体专业成长采取一系列策略和相应的手段,实现教师职业化、专业化、专家化的目标,满足教师专业化发展的全过程。根据应用技术大学的特点,从生态视角出发,运用平衡计分卡,从客户维度、教师岗位技能维度、教师业绩维度和创新与学习成长维度四个方面来构建模型,对教师专业发展生态平衡有促进作用。The ecological balance theory for teachers professional development refers to exploring the mu- tually coordinated relationship between teaehers and their surrounding ecological environment, sys- tem, policy and ecological circle and taking a series of professional strategies and corresponding means to promote the development of teacher individuals to become professionalized, specialized experts to meet the professional requirement for teachers developing. According to the characteristics of univer- sities of applied technology, we construct models from the ecological perspective by using balanced scorecard from four dimensions of customer, teachers~ professional skills, teachers~ performance, in- novation and learning growth, which would promote the ecological balance of teachers' professional development.
