摘 要:阐述了如何在化工原理课程设计过程中应用HYSYS软件。在给定的理论板数下,利用软件中的精馏塔和换热器模型及自带的Spreadsheet工具求得回流比、塔径、换热器面积及公用工程耗量,进而计算出年总费用。根据年总费用最小的原则确定最优的回流比,进而得到设备设计所需的全部工艺数据。利用上述方法,课程设计中的工艺计算可由软件完成而无需手算,提高了设计效率和质量,也为学生的化工设计生涯打下坚实的基础。This paper presents how to apply HYSYS to course design for Principles of Chemical Engineering. For a given number of theoretical plates, distillation and heat transfer models together with built-in Spreadsheet tool were used to compute reflux ratio, column diameter, heat exchanger areas of condenser and reboiler, and utilities consumption. Based on the minimum of total annual cost (TAC), the optimal reflux ratio was identified and then all the process parameters required for equipment design were determined. Following the proposed procedure, the process calculations in the course design can be performed by computer instead of hand. The practice showed that HYSYS improved the efficiency and quality of the course design and prepared students for the career as a chemical engineering designer.
