摘  要:为了解决初学者"心中了了,指下难明"的诊脉困惑,提高学生辨脉识脉的能力,从教学实际及实践教学经验出发,探索脉诊实训教学方法改革和发展思路。提出脉诊多元化教学模式,包括多元化实训和多元化考核两个方面。多元化的实训方法,对提高学生的脉诊认知以及学习的积极性,规范操作,强化技能和临床诊脉思维有促进作用,是学生进入临床前模拟训练的有效途径,值得推广。In order to solve the difficult to understand feeling confused, improve the students' ability on general pulse pulse, starting f'om the actual teaching practice and teaching experience, the reform and development of ideas and teaching methods of pulse train- ing was explored, the diversified teaching mode of pulse was put forward, including two aspects of diversifed training and examination. The training methods diversified, standardized operation to improve the enthusiasm of the students, the pulse cognition and learning promoted the role of strengthening the skills and clinieal thinking, it is an effective way to diagnose, students entering preclinical simulation training, and is worthy of promotion.
