摘  要:目的探索"三明治"教学法在中医外科护理见习带教中的效果。方法将见习的90位护理本科实习生随机分组,试验组45名,对照组45名。试验组在护理见习过程中采用"三明治"教学法,对照组则采用传统方法。比较两组学生的课后理论考试成绩及对讲课效果的评价。结果理论成绩采取两样本t检验进行统计分析,试验组理论成绩(64.98±11.798),高于对照组(52.31±14.079),2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.626,P<0.05);对讲课效果的评价中,试验的各项指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"三明治"教学法应用于中医外科护理见习带教中可有效提高教学质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of " sandwich" teaching style in the teaching of surgery nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 62 nursing undergraduate trainees were randomly divided into the control group of 45 cases and the experimental group of 45 cases. The " sandwich" teaching style was applied to teaching in medical nursing internship which was be divided into the experimenal group. The control group was treated by traditional method. A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of performance record and the content of the students. Results The performance record were statistically analyzed with double sample T test. The experimental group(64.98±11.798) was better than the control group(52.31±14.079) in results of theory examination.The control group was compared with the experimental group, and there was significant difference( t=4.626, P0.05). The experimental group was better than the control group in the results of the content of the students, and the results were statistically signifi-cant(P0.05). Conclusion The " sandwich" teaching style can improve the teaching quality in the teaching of surgery nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, and isworth spreading.
