摘  要:明确药理教学在中医药人才培养目标中的定位,提出在青年教师药理学授课中,扎实备课,确保教学质量;相机诱导,提炼药理学思维;适时激励,形成学习自觉。时刻牢记以育人为根本,以学生为主体。坚持人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新协同发展,适应新形势下对应用型人才需求的变化,抓住中医药高等教育发展前所未有的重大机遇,提高中医药人才岗位胜任力,进一步发挥中医药作用,提高中医药的服务能力。The location of the pharmacological teaching in the talents training goal of Chinese medicine was confirmed. In pharmacology teaching, solid lesson preparation to ensure the quality of teaching, guidance and refine the pharmacology thought, timely incentives and forming the learning consciousness were proposed. We should always keep in mind with the cultivation of talents as the basis and the students-centered. We insist on the talent-cultivation, scientific research, social service and cultural heritage innovation collabora- tive development to adapt to the changes in demand for applied talents under the new situation. We seized the unprecedented opportu- nity for the development of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine, improved talents of Chinese medicine post competency, further gave full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine, and improved the service ability of traditional chinese medicine.
