摘 要:医学遗传学是一门前沿的医学基础课程,从细胞分子水平揭示遗传与变异的本质。它又是一门实践性很强的学科,和临床实践紧密联系。传统医学遗传学的教学重点在于理论知识的传授,不具有互动性,很难有效的调动学生的学习热情。如何在教学中将人类疾病与遗传学密切联系在一起,培养学生的自主学习能力和临床思维能力成为了医学遗传学课程中的重要环节。本课题组以2014级口腔专业两个班为实验班,通过小组学习与学习汇报相结合的方式进行教学改革,取得良好教学效果。Medical genetics is a cutting-edge medical foundation course, and reveals the essence of heredity and variation from the level of cell and molecular. It is a practical subject, and closely linked to the clinical practice. Traditional medical genetics teaching focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge, it is not interactive, and is difficult to effectively mobilize students' learning enthusiasm. How to closely link the human disease and genetics in the teaching, to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking ability has become an important link in the course of medical genetics. Taking two classes in grade 2014 oral professional as the experimental class, through learning and group learning report a combination of teaching reform, and good teaching effect was achieved.
