摘  要:医学院校留学生是来华留学生群体中的特殊群体,他们承担着留学生和医学生双重角色,在许多方面都面临较大的压力。这些压力主要来自人际关系紧张、学习困难、生活环境复杂以及就业前景不明确等方面。学校应从建立社会支持网络、建设第二课堂和网络课堂、构建校外住宿留学生管理体系及积极推动医学学历认证进程等方面着力,缓解医学院校留学生的学业压力。Foreign students in Chinese medical schools are a special group of foreign students. They play a double role,both as foreign students and medical students. They face various stressful situations,mainly including strained interpersonal relationship,difficulty in study,complicate living environment and ambiguous employment expectation. Medical schools should try to alleviate the learning stress of foreign students from the following aspects:establishing a social support network,opening second-classroom activities and online courses,establishing a management scheme for foreign students living outside campus and promoting the accreditation process of medical education in other countries.
