地方本科院校建设应用型高校的转型路径研究

摘　　要：地方本科院校在明确了应用型发展方向后,重要的是进行应用型转型实践,创新开拓应用型发展的具体路径。地方高校在应用型转型发展过程中,要始终牢记大学的根本是人才培养,通过"产教融合、校企合作",培养应用型人才。在应用型转型的过程中,我国要根据经济社会发展要求,按照高等教育规律,勇于担当,敢于创新转型策略,通过建立大学董事会与校内运行体系、多渠道引入办学资金、实行大学校小单位的"包干"制度、采取科研绩效激励、对高层次学术人员不限编制等措施促进地方本科院校转型发展。With local universities′application-oriented developing mode defined,it is important to carry out the practice,and explore the innovation path of application development.In the process of transformation,local universities should always keep in mind that their essential mission is to cultivate talents,that is,to train applied talents in cooperation with enterprises.According to the requirements of economic and social development and in accordance with the laws of the higher education,the following measures should be taken in the application transformation process,such as bravely taking responsibility of innovating transformation strategies,introducing multi-channel running funds by establishing university board of directors and internal running systems,implementing responsibility-system of small units,adopting scientific research performance incentive,and introducing high level academic staff without limits.
