信息化模拟病房在新护士规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过信息化模拟病房对新护士进行规范化培训,培养实用型和实践型护理人才。方法采用历史对照方法,将2014年103名接受传统规范化培训的新护士设为对照组,2015年接受新型信息化模拟病房培训的100名新护士设为实验组,均规范化培训1年。结果实验组理论、操作和临床实践能力考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验组护士和病房护士长对培训效果满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新型信息化模拟病房培训方法能有效提高新护士的理论操作水平、评判性思维能力、临床实践能力和职业素养。Objective To cultivate nursing talents of practical use through standardized training of new nurses at an informationalized simulation unit. Methods Historical control method was used in the study, which assigned 103 novice nurses （the control group） in 2014 into traditional standardized training, and 100 counterparts （the observation group） in 2015 into informationalized simulation unit based standardized training. The training lasted one year. Results The results of theory test, skill test, and clinical test in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The latter and whose head nurses had higher satisfaction with the training results than their counterparts （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Informationalized simulation u- nit based standardized training can effectively improve knowledge and skill levels, critical thinking ability, clinical practice ability and professional quality of beginner nurses.
