摘 要:关中地区传统上主要以面食为主,"馍"和"麻食"便是其中的两种。""是"馍"的异体字。"麻食"一词出现较晚,很多辞书里也没有对其解释。从考察词源的角度来看,"麻食"可能是""的讹字;从语言的接触来看,"麻食"也可能是回族经堂语中保留的阿拉伯语借词;从历史发展的角度看,汉族和回族的相互影响在饮食领域的渗透,使得陕西的民俗文化呈现出丰富多彩的特点。The traditional Guanzhong area features pasta, with "bun" and "cat-ear noodles" being two of them. The character "bun" in Chinese has two variants. The term "cat-ear noodles" appeared rather late, with many dictionaries failing to explain this character in any way. From the etymological point of view, "cat-ear noodles" may be wrongly derived from another character. Judging from language contact, "cat-ear noodles" may also be an Arabic loan word retained in Muslims' praying words. From the perspective of historical development, the mutual influence of Han and Muslims in each other' s diet has penetrating effects, making the folk culture of Shaanxi take on the characteristics of being rich and colorful.
