摘　　要：针对我国电气电子类专业创新型人才培养缺乏有效的方法与途径、创新能力培养仅关注产品制作与比赛、培养对象仅注重少数学生等问题,遵循"能力为本,产教融合,注重创新"理念,按照创新型人才必须具备的主要素质内涵——"创新意识、创新思维、创新品格、创新能力",以"培养方案优化、课程项目化设计、学期项目实施、社团创新活动、技能大赛训练、课堂教学改革"为抓手,校内外、课内外、能力与素质结合,营造学生为主体全员全程参与的氛围,形成"四创"特色的高职电气电子类专业创新型人才培养模式,使毕业生较好地满足电气电子技术高速发展、产业转型升级的需要,提高学生的就业竞争力、就业质量与可持续发展能力。Problems exist in the cultivation of innovative talents in electrical and electronics specialties in China, such as the lack of effective ways and means, simply focusing on product production and competition and only focusing on a few students. Thus, it is necessary to follow the theory of＂ability based, production-education integration, focusing innovation＂, according to connotation of the main quality that the creative talents must possess, it is suggested to regard＂training scheme optimization, semester course project design, project implementation, corporate innovation, skills contest training, classroom teaching reform＂as the gripper, build the atmosphere that all students as the main body participate in whole journey, form innovative personnel training mode with＂four innovation＂characteristics to make graduates majored in electrical and electronics specialties to better meet the demand for talents of rapid development as well as transformation and upgrading of electrical and electronics industry, so as to improve the employment competitiveness, employment quality and sustainable development ability of students.
