教师教学发展中心建设构想——以北京舞蹈学院为例

摘　　要：教师教学发展中心的设立有助于加强教师团队建设,优化教师职业发展规划,提高人才培养质量。因此,国内各级教育管理部门和高等院校对此都非常重视。国内现有的教师教学发展中心多设立于知名综合性大学,建设模式趋同,难以直接应用于北京舞蹈学院教师教学发展中心的建设。本文结合舞蹈专业特点,探索北京舞蹈学院教师教学发展中心的目标定位、工作职责和实施途径,为建设具有舞蹈专业特色的教师教学发展中心拓展思路。Establishment of the center for teaching and faculty development can promote the teacher team building, optimize the teacher career development plan, and improve the quality of talent cultivation. Therefore, both educational departments and universities pay much attention on it. However, the existing centers in China are usually set up in well-known comprehensive universities, and they can hardly reflect the dance specialty characteristics because of their similar construction mode. This paper takes the dance specialty characteristics into consideration, and explores the development orientation, main functions and implementation ways of the center for teaching and faculty development of Beijing Dance Academy. The proposal expands the ideas in establishing the center with dance characteristics.
