叙事教育在护理教学查房中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨叙述教育在护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法将2014年6月~2015年4月我院护理实习生45人设为对照组,采用常规护理教学查房;2015年6月~2016年4月我院护理实习生45人设为观察组,采用叙事教育下的护理教学查房。我院自行制定柯氏模型为导向的护生综合能力评价表从护生的反映层、学习层、行为层、结果层进行比较。结果两组护生实习结束时在反映层、学习层、行为层、结果层的比较观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事教育能够有效的提高护生临床综合护理能力,以叙事教育为背景的护理教学查房值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative education in nursing teaching ward round. Methods 45 nursing interns from June 2014 to Apirl 2015 in our hospital were selected as control group. They were treated with routine nursing teaching ward round. 45 nursing interns from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected as observation group. They were treated with narrative educationg in nursing teaching ward round. Evaluation model of comprehensive ability of nursing students in our hospital was used to compare them from the reflection level, learning level, behavior level and result layer of nursing students. Results The comparison on reflection level, learning level, behavior level and result layer, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Narrative education can effectively improve the clinical nursing ability of nursing students. The nursing teaching ward round with narrative education is worth popularizing widely.
