摘 要:情绪智力的概念从产生至今,其定义从能力说、认知结构说,发展到人格特质说。与情绪智力定义相应的理论模型也呈现出整合的趋势。学术界在关注情绪智力测验研究的同时,情绪智力理论在实践中也得到广泛应用,包括在学校教育和健康心理学、组织与管理、医疗和护理服务等领域中的应用研究。文章还探讨了情绪智力理论应用研究中存在的问题或不足,提出未来研究方向,包括情绪智力的情境性和跨文化研究。This paper reviews the concept and theories of emotional intelligence and its progress, including the related theoretical models and test scales. Since its emergence, scholars have different views on the definition of emotional intelligence, for example, defining emotional intelligence as an ability, a cognitive structure or as personality trait. The related theoretical model of emotional intelligence' s definition tends to be integrated. Lots of works have been done on emotional intelligence test, meanwhile there are extensive application of emotional intelligence theories in practice, including applied research in school education and health psychology, organization and management, medical and nursing services. In the last section, the limitations of the current study on emotional intelligence are dis- cussed. Further study should pay attention to the situation and cross-cultural aspect of emotional intelligence.
