摘  要:【目的】研究青稞褐变籽粒中寄藏真菌的致病性。【方法】采用平板分离藏青2000、藏青320、藏青85和喜拉22等4个青稞品种中的寄藏真菌,同时采用孢子悬浮液回接方法对分离真菌进行青稞籽粒致病性分析。【结果】从4个品种的青稞籽粒中共分离得到86株真菌,真菌ITS区测序表明:寄藏真菌分属于13属19种,同时编号为22-1的菌株同源性仅为89%,可能是一类真菌新种。对20种寄藏真菌进行青稞种子致病性分析表明:根霉属真菌(Rhizopus sp.2000-4)、镰刀属真菌(Fusarium sp.2000-5)、赤霉属真菌(Gibberella sp.2000-7)、附球霉属真菌(Epicoccum sp.320-9)、曲霉属(Aspergillus sp.85-7)和未知种属真菌(Endophytic fungi 22-1)等6类真菌能够显著降低青稞种子的发芽率,同时可引起种子褐变及腐烂,是青稞籽粒中寄藏的主要致病真菌类型。【结论】青稞褐变籽粒中存在多种致病能力较强的寄藏真菌。[ Objective] The pathogenicity of seed-borne funji isolated from browning hullessbarley were studied. [ Method ] The seed-borne fungi were isolated from Zangqing No. 2000, Zangqing No. 320, Zangqing No. 85 and Xi|a 22 using plate separation method. Meamwhile, the spore suspensions of the isolated fungi were inoculated to the hullessbarley seeds in order to find out the pathogenicity. [ Result ] 86 isola- ted fungi strains were belong to 13 genera 19 species, while the strain named 22-1 with only 89 % homology may be was a new genera of fun- gi. Rhizopus sp. 2000-4, Fusarium sp. 2000-5, CAbberella sp. 2000-7, Epicoccum sp. 320-9, Aspergillus sp. 85-7 and Endophytic fungi 22-1 were the main pathogenic fungi which can significantly reduced the genmination rate of hullessbarley seeds, caused seeds browning and decay. [ Conclusion ] There are many kinds of pathogenic ability seed-borne funji existed in the Browning Hullessbarley.
