摘  要:目的了解某高校大学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为状况,为将来在大学生中开展营养教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的营养知识、态度和饮食行为(KAP)调查问卷,对某高校2 200名大学生进行营养知识、态度和饮食行为的问卷调查。结果该校大学生营养知识掌握情况不好,在26个题中仅有9个题答对率在80%以上,有9个题答对率在60%以下;男女大学生除富含胆固醇的食物和铁的良好食物来源两题答对率差别有显著性外,其他各题答对率差别均无显著性;大多数学生持有积极态度,男女生的营养态度无显著性差异;大学生饮食行为欠佳,且男女生无显著性差异。结论该校大学生营养知识掌握情况一般,营养态度较积极,但饮食习惯欠佳。有必要在大学生中进行有针对性的营养教育。Objective To understand the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary practice of college students, so as to provide the evidence for carry out the effective nutrition education among college students in the future.Methods All of 2 200 students of a college were surveyed by self-designed nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior questionnaires. Results The total condition of the college students about nutrition knowledge was not good. Among 26 questions, there were only 9 questions with above 80% of correct answer rate, and 9 questions with below 60% of correct answer rate. There were no significant differences between male students and female students on most of the questions. Most of the students had active nutrition attitudes, and there wasno significant difference between the male students and female students on nutrition attitudes. The dietary behaviors of these college students were not good enouph, and there was no significant difference between the male students and female students. Conclusion The nutrition knowledge of the college students is not good enouph, but their nutrition attitudes are active. Their dietary habits are also not good enouph. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the targeted nutrition education among college students.
