云南地方本科高校转型发展的现状分析——以云南省9所试点高校为例

摘　　要：2014年,云南省出台《云南省关于推动部分高校转型发展的实施意见》,并先后分两批遴选了9所本科高校进行试点,拉开了推动云南本科高校转型发展的帷幕。在以9所试点高校提交的中期自查报告为研究对象的基础上,提出云南地方本科高校应重点从明确办学定位、提升以应用为驱动的创新能力两个方面入手,探索出一条符合云南特色的应用型高校发展之路。In 2014, Yunnan Province issued the ＂Opinions on promoting the transformation and development of some colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province＂ , and had two batches of selec- tion of 9 pilot undergraduate colleges and universities, which opened the curtain of transformation and development of universities in Yunnan. Based on the interim self-examination reports of 9 Pilot Universities, this paper proposed that Yunnan local colleges and universities should focus on two starting points, which are clear orientation and innovation ability enhancement, so as to explore a road of development of application oriented universities in line with the characteristics of Yunnan.
