摘  要:以MJ3210型跑车木工带锯机为研究对象,在空载及负载下运用先进的北京波普振动分析仪和Vib'sys振动信号采集、处理和分析软件对带锯机带锯条的横向振动进行测试和信号采集,通过正交试验得出负载下影响带锯条振动的主要因素和最佳工作参数,以此研究带锯条工作状态对其振动峭度值的影响。系列试验表明:空载下完好带锯条峭度值最小,负载下裂纹长的带锯条峭度值大于裂纹短的峭度值;裂纹长度和负载情况对带锯条峭度值影响极大;可根据峭度值范围来判断带锯条裂纹产生和发展的程度。In this paper, the MJ3210 sports car sawing machine was used as the object of study. Under the no load and load, the horizontal vibration of the band saw blade was carried out by using the advanced Beijing pop vibration analyzer and Vib'sys vibration signal acquisition, processing and analysis software for testing and signal acquisition. The main factors and the optimum working parameters of the band saw blade vibration under load are obtained by orthogonal test, so as to study the working condition of band saw blade on the kurtosis value. Through a series of tests, it proves that the kurtosis value of the band saw blade when without load is the smallest, the crack length and the load condition have a great influence on the kurtosis value of the band saw blade. The band saw blade crack generation and development of the degree can be determined according to the range of kurtosis value.
