摘　　要：物流业国际化进程加速,企业"走出去"步伐加快,具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、具备创新能力的技能型物流人才需求日益增大。探索国际物流人才培养模式很有必要。湖南现代物流职业技术学院结合中德合作办学的实际经验和做法,以人才培养质量为核心,不断探索和创新,形成了专业特色明显的国际物流人才培养模式,具有一定借鉴作用。The internationalization of the logistics industry to accelerate,the enterprise ＂going out ＂ to speed up the pace,with international vision,familiar with international rules,innovation ability of skilled talents＇ demand is increasing. It is necessary to explore international logistics personnel training mode. Hunan Vocational College of modem logistics combined with practical experience and practices of Sino-German cooperation in running schools,to the talent training quality as the core,the constant exploration and innovation,formed the features in a professional international logistics personnel training mode,has certain model function.
