终身教育理念在本科教育中的应用

摘　　要：北京联合大学是一所北京市属的综合型大学,以本科教育为主。在多年的办学实践中,其食品科学系在本科教育中遇到了一些问题。基于终身教育的理念,作者对此提供了一些建议和解决的方法,并积累了一定的经验。经过多年的实践证明,这些方法具有一定的正面效果,有益与同类型教育平台上的同仁分享。Beijing Union University is a comprehensive university of many disciplines in Beijing,mainly for undergraduate education. For many years of school running practice,the department of food science had some problems in undergraduate education. With the concept of lifelong education,author provided some suggestions and methods to solve the problems and accumulated certain experiences. After many years of practice,those methods exhibited a positive effect and were good for sharing with colleagues working on similar educational platforms.
