摘　　要：分析了"订单式"校企合作模式的价值与意义,阐述了实施"订单式"校企合作模式过程中存在的三个问题,从政府、学校、校企合作企业及教师和学生等方面提出了完善"订单式"人才培养模式的对策和建议。This paper analyzes the value and significance of order-based cooperation between university and enterprise, and states three problems in the process of implementing it, and from government, universities, cooperative enterprises, teachers and students, puts forwards countermeasures and suggestions of improving the order-based talent cultivation mode.
