摘  要:在弘扬祖国优秀传统文化的大时代背景下,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从文化传承的视角下分析阻碍高校太极拳教学的现实困境,如太极拳健身价值与文化内涵的传承性缺失、教师教学方法手段的创新性缺失、课堂教学与课外训练的衔接性缺失、学生对太极拳学习的义务性缺失等,提出了高校太极拳教学的改革路径,如凸显太极健身功能,传播太极文化,改进传统教学方法,推崇新媒体教学,丰富课外太极拳活动,与课堂教学紧密结合,加强大学生太极拳学习义务的宣传与动员等,为改善高校太极拳教学现状,传承太极拳文化提供现实参考。Under the background of carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the motherland, this paper analyzes the practical dilemma of hindering the teaching of Taijiquan from the perspective of cultural inheritance, the perspective of cultural heritage, such as literature and logic analysis, the lack of fitness value and cultural conno- tation of Taijiquan, innovation of teachers' teaching meth- ods, convergence of classroom teaching and extracurricular training, compulsory learning of Taijiquan students, This paper puts forward the reform path of Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities, such as highlighting Taiji fit- ness function, spreading Taiji culture, improving tradition- M teaching methods, praising new media teaching, enric- hing extracurricular Taijiquan closely with classroom teaching activities, and teaching and mobilization, etc. , in order to improve the status quo of Taijiquan teaching, her- itage Taijiquan culture to provide practical reference.
