摘　　要：本文旨在研究科技语篇信息功能之一—描写。科技语篇中描写的功能信息进而分为三个子功能:物理属性、功能和过程描写。通过案例发现这三个子功能并非完全独立,而是相互穿插包含。基于科技语篇信息功能,本文总结和分析相应的翻译方法。This paper explores one of the technical discourse functions-description. Description can be divided into three sub-systems： physical property, function and process. On the basis of case study, the findings show that these functions are not isolated from each other but rather integrated into each other, and the correspondent translation techniques are accordingly drawn from these intern-connected technical discourses.
