摘　　要：针对高职院校实训基地绩效评价的特点,构建绩效评价指标体系。根据博弈论决策意见确定各项指标的综合权重,基于集对模型计算实训基地的绩效等级,通过有效评价实训基地的绩效水平,进一步优化实训资源配置。According to the characteristics of the performance evaluation of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges, the performance evaluation index system was constructed. The comprehensive weight of each index was determined on the basis of game theory decision. Based on the performance level calculated by set pair analysis model, the training resource allocation was more optimized by effectively evaluated the performance level of practical training bases.
