摘 要:为了在实际生活中更好地应用超级电容,本文对超级电容的充电特性进行深入研究与分析,搭建了基于研华PCI-1711数据采集卡和组态王6.55软件开发的超级电容充放电测试平台。该平台显示和记录了充电过程中超级电容端电压数值,建立了超级电容的一阶等效电路模型;基于递推最小二乘法,在Matlab平台对超级电容一阶数学模型进行了参数辨识,并通过测试数据对该模型的可行性和准确性进行验证。验证结果表明,由递推最小二乘算法得到的模型参数较为精确,可以解决超级电容等效电路模型的参数辨识问题;模型的仿真准确度较高,可以较好地描述超级电容的电气特性。因此,递推最小二乘算法可以作为模型参数在线辨识的一种有效手段。该研究对实际中应用超级电容具有一定的借鉴意义。To apply the super capacitor better in daily l i fe , this paper studies and analyzes the characteristic of the super capacitor during the charging process, builds the platform of the charge and discharge test of the su-per capacitor based on PCI -1711 of Yan Hua and the King V iew , displays and records the voltage value during the charging process, constructs the f irs t order equivalent circuit model of the super capacitor, identifies the pa-rameter of the f irst order mathematical model of the super capacitor in Matlab based on the theory of Recursive Least Squares, confirms the feasibility and accuracy of the mathematical model by the test data. The results show that the parameter identified by the Recursive Least Squares is accurate and this algorithm can identify the parameter of the equivalent circuit model of the super capacitor. The model is of high accuracy in simulation and it can represent the electrical characteristics of the super capacitor. The algorithm of Recursive Least Squares can be a useful means to identify the parameter of the model on-line. This study has certain reference signifi-cance for the application of the super capacitor in practice.
