摘 要:目的探讨鳕鱼皮寡肽(CSPE)减轻霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)患者化疗毒性反应的效果。方法选择住院治疗的HL患者50例,分为干预组和对照组,各25例。两组患者接受相同的化疗方案和其他常规治疗与护理。干预组在此基础上于化疗第1天开始口服CSPE,对照组口服安慰剂。比较两组患者化疗后骨髓抑制情况和消化道反应及化疗前后Karnofsky生活质量评分。结果干预组患者化疗后WBC、Hb抑制程度均低于对照组(均P<0.05),PLT抑制程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者化疗后消化道反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗前两组患者Karnofsky生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后干预组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CSPE可作为HL患者化疗期间的营养补充剂,具有增效减毒的效果。Objective To investigate the effect of cod skin peptide (CSPE) on toxic reactions of chemotherapy in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods Fifty patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups (11=25 in each group). Patients in intervention group received oral supplemental CSPE and those in control group were given placebo during chemotherapy. The hematologic and gastrointestinal toxicities and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) were evaluated in two groups. Results The leukocyte counts and hemoglobin levels after chemotherapy in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). The KPS was also higher in intervention group (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal toxicity between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion CSPE can be considered as a food supplement in alleviation of toxic reactions for patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.
