摘 要:组织沟通是解决高职院校社团组织学习障碍问题的重要途径。提升组织沟通效果的关键在于组织文化价值共识的达成。以"卡恩交叠角色组模型"和"团队共享心智模型"理论为指导,通过构筑信任、组织故事和共享心智模型等方法,唤起价值主体的沟通意识,改善成员的组织学习活动,从而促进成员文化价值观更新和个体沟通能力提升,实现社团的理想价值和目标。Organization communication is a very important way to solve organizational learning disabilities of higher vocational college communities. The key to improve the effect of organizational communication lies in the achievement of common organizational cultural values. Using "Kahn overlapping role group model" and "team shared mental model" theory,by building trust, organizing stories, and sharing mental model and so on, the consciousness of value subject could be aroused, and the organizational learning activities could be improved, so that the cultural values of the community members could be renewed, the ability of individual communication could be enhanced, and the ideal value and goal of the community could be realized.
