校企合作模式下实验教学体系优化与改革研究——以无机非金属材料工程专业为例

摘　　要：校企合作是提高应用型人才培养质量的重要途径.针对我院无机非金属材料工程专业实验教学体系中存在的不足,我们在校企合作模式下探讨了实验教学体系的优化和改革.同时,对校企合作模式下的师资队伍建设、实习基地建设、共建实验室建设进行了探讨.University - enterprise cooperation as an important means and ways is essential to improve the quali- ty of applied talents training. Combining the teaching practice in inorganic non - metallic materials engineering ex- periment, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality of experiment. The construction of the faculty team, experimental teaching content, the practice bases constructing by university and enterprise were also explored under university -enterprise cooperation model.
