摘  要:登机门是飞机人员进出的主要通道,是空乘人员接触最多的飞机部件之一,良好的人机工效特性将大大减轻空乘人员的工作负担。以某型客机的登机门为例,针对CATIA V5缺少中国人人体模型的问题,采用国标构建一个完整的中国成年人人体模型尺寸数据文件,并利用CATIA V5自带的人机工效评价模块,以该人体模型与欧美人体模型一起对登机门进行人机工效评价,考察大型客机登机门设计的合理性。评价结果表明:登机门人机工效特性基本满足设计要求。The Passenger Entrance Door which the main chanpel in and out of the aircraft, is one of the most aircraft parts applied by flight attendants. Good ergonomics will greatly reduce the workload of flight attendants. Taking the passenger entrance door as an example, aiming at the lack of Chinese human body model in CATIA V5, we use GB to build a complete Chinese human body model. Because CATIA V5 have their own ergonomic evaluation module, we evaluate the Passenger Entrance Door using the human body model of the Chinese and the American to study the rationality of the design of the Passenger Entrance Door. The evaluation results show that the ergonomics performance of the Passenger Entrance Door meet the design requirements.
