摘  要:2011~2016年在武夷山开展乌龙茶新品种区域试验,对参试品种春桃香、紫观音的主要经济性状进行鉴定评价。结果表明,春桃香、紫观音的均产分别比对照种黄棪增加73.64%、9.13%;香气与滋味的感官审评加和总分均比对照种高1~2分,且在不同采摘批次间表现稳定;成活率、生长势等性状均与对照相当,特别是成活率,春桃香和紫观音的成活率分别高达97.9%和99%,开采期均晚于对照种10 d左右,属晚生种。在武夷山区试点种性特征表现优异,适宜在武夷山及气候条件相类似的茶区推广种植。Two new tea cultivars, Chuntaoxiang ( Camellia sinensis ) and Ziguanyin ( Camellia sinensis ) , were evaluated and characterized in Mt. Wuyi from 2011 to 2016. The results showed that, in comparison to control, Huangdan, the yield of Chuntaoxiang increased by 73. 64% and that of Ziguanyin by 9. 13%; and,the sensory evaluation on aroma and taste of the teas brewed from them scored 1 to 2 points higher. Quality of the new tea varieties was stable in all picking seasons. Their overall properties, such as survival rate and growth vigor were similar to, but, maturation later than those of control. Especially the survival rates of Chuntaoxiang and Ziguanyin saplings were up to 97. 9% and 99% respectively. But the fertilities were about 10 d later than the control, which belongs to the late maturing species. Therefore, the comprehensive character performance of Chuntaoxiang, Ziguanyin is outstanding and they are suitable to plant widely in Wuyi mountains and its similar climate regions.
