摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对产自云南大理的15种大叶种普洱茶(普洱熟茶7种,普洱生茶8种)中7种金属(Al,As,Cd,Cu,Mn,Pb和Zn)含量进行了测定.结果表明,普洱熟茶和普洱生茶中金属元素含量差异明显,各金属元素含量高低顺序为:w_(Al)>w_(Mn)>w_(Zn)>w_(Cu)>w_(Pb)>w_(As)>w_(Cd).茶叶中Cu,As,Pb和Cd含量远低于国家限量标准,茶叶安全、质量较好.普洱生茶中Al,As,Cd,Cu,Mn和Zn金属元素含量均低于普洱熟茶,且金属元素含量中Al和Mn,As和Cd,Cu和Zn仅在普洱生茶中呈极显著正相关.Seven of metal elements ( Al,As,Cd,Cu,Mn,Pb and Zn) were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in 15 kinds of large leaf species Pu’er tea (7 species of Pu’er ripe tea and 8 species of Pu’er raw tea) from Yunnan Dali. The results showed that the content of metal elements in Pu’er ripe tea and Pu’er raw tea was significantly different; the order of the metal contents was, wAl 〉 wUn 〉 wZn 〉 wCu 〉 wPb 〉 wAs 〉 wCd. The content of Cu, As, Pb and Cd in tea is well below the national standard, which showed the tea is of good quality and safe for drinking. Al, As, Cd, Cu, Mn and Zn content in Pu'er raw tea were lower than those in Purer ripe tea, and Al and Mn, As and Cd, Cu and Zn in Purer raw tea were showed the significant positive relations.
