大学课堂手机依赖原因与引导策略——以教师为实施主体的实证研究

摘　　要：简述大学课堂手机依赖问题已影响到课堂教学的正常开展。分析导致这一现象的原因有环境、学生、教学等多个影响因素。针对原因,提出相应的干预对策,并实施以教师为主体的大学生手机依赖对策实践。结果显示,课前上交手机、加强课堂管理、充实教学内容、增加教学互动等单一干预对策对于控制课堂手机依赖都具有一定的作用,而综合干预则效果更好。University students' dependency on mobile phones in class affects the normal development of classroom teaching. The causes of this phenomenon include environment, students, teaching, and many other factors. According to these reasons, the topic puts forward the corresponding intervention countermeasures,and carries out the teacher-oriented practice and research about the countermeasures. The results show that each single intervention countermeasures for controlling the classroom phones dependency such as handing in mobile phone before class, strengthening the management of the classroom, enriching the teaching contents and adding interactive teaching, have a certain effect, and the comprehensive intervention countermeasure has a better effect.
