摘  要:为减小油管摆动对修井作业的影响,研究一种位于猫道与扶正手之间的接管缓冲机构装置。利用Solid Works和ADAMS联合仿真,对2种不同运动方式进行对比,选择使接管缓冲机构运动更平稳的方式来控制液压缸。得出当给液压缸提供一个连续变化的力且在10 s后进行减速控制时,可以使扶正手接管缓冲机构匀速平稳转动的结论。To reduce the influence of oil tube swing on the operation, this paper studyies a buffer mechanism for catching oil tube be-tween the catwalk and the righting manipulator. It uses SolidWorks with ADAMS to simulate the buffer process for the catching oil tube, and compares two ways, then chooses one way to control the hydraulic cylinder. It is concluded that when a continuous change of force occurs in the hydraulic cylinder and its deceleration is controlled after 10 s , the buffer process for righting manipulator catching oil tube can be controlled uniformly and smoothly.
